We welcome local customers to visit our store, but ask you to obtain an appointment prior to visiting.
PAYMENT AND ORDERS: TACTICAL COMMAND INDUSTRIES accepts major credit cards, certified checks, agency purchase orders and money orders. All non-credit card transactions require payment via COD (an option for U.S. orders only) or prepayment (funds must be submitted prior to the shipment of merchandise). Other terms may be specified at the time of your order. Prices quoted are in U.S. funds. Minimum orders $25.00 (excluding sales tax and shipping). Prepaid/Credit Card terms are generally applied to non-governmental purchase orders, or first time purchase order customers. NET - 30 Day terms may be available upon request. Interest applied to overdue invoices at 1.5 % per month (18 % Annually) on overdue balances. Finance charges are calculated based upon the due date assigned to your invoice. RETURNS AND REFUNDS: A 20% restocking fee charged for product returns or if an order is canceled, whether or the order has been shipped. Non-warranty related returns will only be accepted within 14-days of the ship date. After 14-days, TCI will only provide an account credit or product exchange. A Return Materials Authorization Number (R.M.A.) is required when ANY item is returned, for any reason. Custom products, or orders indicating NCNR may not be returned for refund or exchange. The assigned R.M.A. number must be visible on the outside of the package or the package could be rejected and returned at your expense. LIMITED WARRANTY: TCI products are covered by either a limited 90-day warranty (listen-only earpiece products) or a limited 12-month. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in manufacturing or materials. Items physically damaged or when there is evidence of improper use are not covered under the product warranty. TCI does provide reasonable and discounted repair services for non-warranty repairs and do, on occasion and with prior approval, repair product manufactured by our competitors as a courtesy to our customers. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING: Orders placed using our shopping cart will be confirmed within minutes in the form of an email invoice. Therefore, it is important for you to supply a valid email address or you will not receive your order confirmation. If you do not have an email address, please place your order by telephone. Our internet ordering systems is completely secure, for your privacy. ADDRESS VERIFICATION FOR CREDIT CARD ORDERS: We are required pursuant to MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card conditions to verify the billing address for all credit card transactions prior to shipping. We use an (AVS) Address Verification System that communicates with your credit card company on-line. If a billing address does not verify, we can work with your directly to corroborate your address through several methods. Most address verifications holds can be cleared quickly with your cooperation and assistance. Please note that credit card companies provide AVS services for your protection and to minimize potential fraud on your credit card account. We do seek prosecution internationally for credit card fraud. SHIPPING: We typically ship via UPS ground, UPS 2-Day Service, UPS 3-Day Service, UPS Next-Day Service, UPS International Service and Express Mail Shipping. FedEx and other means of shipping may be specified. Order are shipped Monday through Friday at approximately 4:00 PM (PST). Saturday delivery may be available at a premium rate. NOTE: We reserve the right to contact our customers via email or telephone to confirm their orders or to obtain specific information not provided with their order. We do not release customer information and do not sell your personal information to mailing lists. MAILING LISTS: Customers submitting catalog requests, headset evaluation requests, quotation requests and feedback forms may be added to our mailing list and email list. So submitting information via these methods represents your intention (OP-IN) to be added to our customer database and potentially receive information from us in the future.
